Okay, So today has been a pretty interesting day over at the studio with Dr. J. I like to call her that! Tonight, I get to see THE END OF THE LINE, it’s a new doc about the fish industry, which I’m obsessed with. I love to eat, catch, and watch fish. Everything about them is interesting, and beautiful. I think I started to love fish after a trip to Juneau, Alaska last year. Think Glaciers, Alaskan brewed beer, and camping out! Thank god we didn’t see any bears, but I did follow a long line of tracks back after a squat in the woods.
Anyways, I am a food enthusiast, and I care where my meals come from. I like to think of the journey to my plate. This all goes back to a book I read last year by Michael Pollan, “The Omnivore’s Dilemma”. If you haven’t read it, you should. This guy knows everything about the food industry, and it’s astonishing.
Before the screening, I’m going on a date, for sushi. The irony is killing me, but hopefully it’s a sustainable menu.
