A thriller in which a battle of philosophies between a fundamentalist Christian and an atheist escalates into a lethal battle of wills.
The Ledge is sort of an interesting movie. It stars Terrence Howard as a police detective who finds out at the beginning of the movie that he’s impotent, and has been his whole life, which doesn’t explain his two children. Uh oh! He deals with a cute guy on a ledge who tells him a story about Liv Tyler, who’s married to Patrick Wilson. The problem about the story is that just things like this don’t really happen in real life. I mean, the plot is so skewed convoluted and so unbelievable. The last 10 or 15 minutes of the movie are actually not bad, but this is a movie that I’m not sure why they made it. I guess it’s about love or acceptance or something. I don’t know what it is. One star.
