A young blogger at a New York fashion house shoots behind-the-scenes interviews on his cell phone.
RAGE is an amazing cinematic experience. What’s interesting about is that no once, during the entire film, do the 14 main actors interact with one another. It is shot as if by a kid with his iPhone. The idea is that he’s behind the scenes at a New York fashion show during seven days in which an accident turns into a murder investigation. I don’t want to tell you very much about it because I want you discover it the same way that I discovered it. They have a whole bunch of actors. Some of them you’ve seen, some of whom you haven’t, including Jude Law, Judy Dench, Steve Buscemi, Eddie Izzard, John Leguizamo, and Bob Balaban. This is an amazing cast and it’s a fascinating movie. I don’t want to tell you very much about it except that it may be the new way that movies are shot because it’s obviously quick, cheap and the actors don’t have to interact with one another so they’d probably work cheap as well. RAGE actually gets five stars.
