Improbable Frequency – Theater Review

The Abbey Theatre presents the Rough Magic production of Improbable Frequency. This riotous musical satire, featuring the original cast and band, lifts the lid on Ireland’s celebrated neutrality.

This certainly falls into the category of inventive. It’s got some of the wittiest language I’ve ever heard in a musical. The problem is the 1st Act is much better than the 2nd and they probably should have made it a 90 minute performance as opposed to a 2 hour. But it’s certainly an interesting experiment. It’s a very talented cast, an interesting part of history, and it’s enjoyable.”
