Friday the 13th – DVD Review
A group of young adults discover a boarded up Camp Crystal Lake, where they soon encounter Jason Voorhees and his deadly intentions. Now on DVD
“No one could believe I was actually going to see this. I asked for an aisle seat just in case I got scared—but I sat through the whole thing. The scariest thing in this film was a clap of thunder in the very beginning. This movie was all about boobs and blood and fake boobs and fake blood at that!” Now it’s on DVD! Friday, The 13th. Camp crystal lake, I kicking and screaming to this one, because I don’t like horror, I don’t like slashers, I don’t like things jumping out at me. Well, this is stupid, silly, horror fun, which I didn’t walk out of, and I guess I can see it’s appeal. It did well in the theaters, so I know it will do very well on DVD. It is stupid, supposedly this is a reimagined version of the first. A couple good looking kids head to a cabin looking for fun, an all thrills weekend. We know the blonde that has sex is going to die first, and she’s going to be penetrated, sorry what can I tell you? I’m a psychologist.
