Farmageddon is information we have seen before, after all its subtitled: The Unseen War on American Family Farms, and it certainly makes you nervous about the FDA who go in and harass small farmers with guns drawn, the idea being that big agriculture doesn’t like small farmers; and all of a sudden, raw milk has become a political statement. The topic itself is fascinating and kind of scary, the documentary itself is redundant and really loses a large part of its impact by repetition. So, as entertainment, it doesn’t work very well. As political activism, it is something that should really raise some hackles on people. So, I will give it two and a half stars.
