Fading GigoloJohn Turturro + Fading Gigolo
- Director (s):
- John Turturro
- John Turturro, Woody Allen, Sharon Stone
Fading Gigolo is movie that written, directed and starring John Turturro, and to be quite honest, it not clear who he plays. He plays guy who has a friend played by Woody Allen, who is losing his store, he works a florist two days a week, but we don’t really know his back story. At some point Woody comes to him and says that his dermitologist wants a menage a trois, and he thought of John Turturro. And Wood is sort of pimping him out, I don’t know about you, but it seems a little uncomfortable to me. Turns out he decided that he needs the money, and so, Sharon Stone, who is the dermitolgist, decides she wants to interview him, because she has a wealthy husband who she is mad so she invites him over to her fantastic house to make sure he is appropriate, and she decides not only is he appropriate, but he is kinda sexy, and John gets in to it, and all of a sudden he gets a $500 tip and so they are making a lot of money. I was a little confused by the whole thing, the performances were actually kind of touching, but even after seeing the movie, I’m not sure what it is about, but it is oddly charming. 3 stars.
