Burzynski – Moive review

Ph.D biochemist, Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski, won one of the largest legal battles against the Food & Drug Administration in U.S. history. Dr. Burzynski and his patients endured a treacherous 14-year journey in order to obtain FDA-approved clinical trials for a new cancer-fighting drug. His groundbreaking medical and legal battles have brought revolutionary cancer treatment to the public. Upon completion, his treatment will be available the world over – sending a shock wave through the cancer industry.

Burzynski is a really terrifying documentary. It’s about a Polish physician 40 years ago who discovered some sort of cure for cancer. Since then he has been refining his procedures and his protocols and according to the documentary, his techniques work ten times better than any techniques that combine radiation and chemotherapy. This is a huge indictment of the medical community, the FDA, the National Cancer Institute, and if all my colleagues in talk radio were really interested in changing the world, this is the story that they should be focusing on. This documentary should be shown at every medical school in the country, and probably to everybody, because all of us are terrified of cancer, even though most of us are going to die of heart disease, not cancer. But this is still a huge indictment of a system that cares a lot more about profit than people. I know you’re saying, duh, I’m a little naive, but this is a very powerful documentary. Five stars.
