Love Etc. JOY REVIEW Love, Etc. is one of those documentaries that you think you've seen before because it's five stories in one city about love and some of the graphics are pretty cute. I know, you're thinking, “uh oh,” but hang in there. This is actually a really good documentary that's really not a documentary at all. I mean, it's a documentary in that it's real people as opposed to actors and it's a documentary in that it has a point of view, but it really is kind of a look

EXPORTING RAYMOND SYNOPSIS A documentary on Phil Rosenthal's experiences during the making of "Voroniny," the Russian-language version of "Everybody Loves Raymond". JOY'S REVIEW This is actually a fascinating documentary about cross-cultural differences. Sony Pictures has successfully imported The Nanny and Married with Children to Russia. JOY'S REVIEW MARS NEEDS MOMS: the title tells you everything. This is the latest from Disney and its playing in IMAX, and the animation is actually the capture action that was the same thing that Polar Express tried to do badly. And this one certainly does it significantly better. The movie itself is kind of cute, although it's kind of

Another Year - Movie Review
SYNOPSIS A married couple who have managed to remain blissfully happy into their autumn years, are surrounded over the course of the four seasons of one average year by friends, colleagues, and family who all seem to suffer some degree of unhappiness. JOY’S REVIEW Another Year is the latest from Mike Leigh, and he does a great job of looking at ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances.  The movie opens with the great Imelda Staunton, who won the Oscar for Vera
