BAD LUCK

I’ve been a bit like “Typhoon Mary” lately. Between an extreme backache from packing, the flu that attacked my entire body, and a broken toe 3 weeks ago I’ve been going through it! My toe was broken from a wall that attacked me … really! I heard it crack and I’ve broken my toe often enough to know when it’s done. I’ve broken baby toes and big toes, big toes being a major problem because it affects balance. The big toe was broken from a dismount from a handstand during yoga. I got up ok but it was the coming down with the velocity and my little fairy weight that did a “bang up” job on my poor little digit. (Insert explosion sounds here)

I also broke my toe crashing into my daughter’s high chair, and another time playing basketball. I even broke my thumb once cross-country skiing. I can break things where no one else can break things. I have skills in this arena that I have championed for years! No Competition! As a gazelle, I’m sort of a cute physical disaster sometimes… but at least I’m cute.
